i say it’s not fair that cici cannot run and play on the beach
like other puppy dogs because she is pre-judged because of her breed

I wasn’t sure what side of the fence you were on with this article. I did want to point out that the way to make people feel safe around dogs on the beach is to have them under control. Your dog can play on the beach, even with people afraid of dogs (and some people are afraid of labs or little white fluffy terriers) if you are able to keep your dog with you. Dogs shouldn’t approach people or other dogs without permission, and with permission it can be game on!!
The way to show people how lovely dogs can be is to not frighten them, and let them get used to well trained dogs.
